Welcome to Corporate...!!!
Hello all, and thanks for reading my previous blogs. It’s
been a long time that I have published any of my blogs. I guess I am publishing
this one after one year. So let me tell you that this one is not related to any
social issues or social awareness, this is on the corporate life that I have
faced in so called Silicon Valley of India i.e., Bangalore.
It all began on 5th April 2016 when I was tagged to a batch of 21 people in Bangalore. In the beginning everyone seems to be decent and formal in short we all were just a college attitude kind of students. But now on 5th August 2016 (i.e. the end of our training) it seems like we are really in a corporate world in short we are in a world where everyone talks to each other with some or the other reason. In the beginning I saw how the behavior was of some people towards some other people and now it’s kind of opposite. Here in this industry everyone is judged by one another. You can only survive here, only if you speak what people want to hear. If by mistake you speak one bitter truth about them then you are given the award of most attitude kind of guy. I have also seen many people who talk rubbish about someone else on my face, but when he/she comes in front of this guy he behaves like, he is the only best friend he/she can ever have on this planet. And yeah, many a times I tried being straight forward that’s why now many people have categorized me in the “attitude kind of guy”. The one who is two faced is the one which is praised and loved by everyone. There is one saying in Hindi i.e.”Kaam aane par log gadhe ko bhi apna baap bana lete hain” that’s what happens in this corporate world and that’s how you survive.

In the
end I just want to say that if you want to survive in this corporate world, you
need to be two faced and you should forget about your expectations and just
care about other expectations. If you don’t do so you have attitude problem.
First of all,you write really well! And I am totally agree with your view but I want to let you know that there are some people who likes the straight forward attitude also.He/she may not tell all the time but truth is always respected somewhere very deep inside.
